He is perpetually intrigued by the consumption of pop culture and enthralled by how individuals embrace technologies to better articulate, communicate and share their "self" with others.<br /><br />He is the creator/producer of Rivalfish, Inc., a collegiate apparel company and humor magazine (featuring 30 staff writers nationwide) that he and his business partners sold to National Lampoon in February of 2008. He has appeared in <span style="font-style: italic;">Entrepreneur Magazine, PRWeek, AdWeek</span> online and has been coined a "marketing genius," by the <span style="font-style: italic;">Chicago Tribune's Red Eye.</span> As an undergraduate, he played NCAA baseball for four years and founded and served as editor-in-chief of <span style="font-style: italic;">The Hamster</span>, a collegiate satire magazine. In 2006, under the Rivalfish banner, he co-wrote/directed <span style="font-style: italic;">The Fish Fry</span> a web TV sports satire pilot nominated by the <span style="font-style: italic;">Chicago Sun Times</span> for a Chicago Innovation Award.
